Introduction

A descendant of the Maroon Tribe -- the only remaining unified tribe in Jamaica – Mystic Bowie was given his tribal name by elders based on powers they sensed in him. Mystic became a singer for the Jamaica Tourist Board as a child and has performed professionally worldwide and recorded with some of the music industry's hippest melody makers.

It has been Mystic’s dream to give something back to the people of his community, the people of St. Elizabeth’s Parish. Ten years ago on a whim he drew a sketch of what he hoped would be a center of music & sports for the community. Today, Mystic’s original sketch is the basis for our building plan (shown in Slideshow on the left).

To help Mystic make his dream come true, we have established the Mystic Bowie Cultural Center Foundation to coordinate programming & build in St Elizabeth’s Parish. Our plan is to build a music school and sports complex for the community.

Our Goals Are:

- Partner with Like-minded Groups
•Partnering with City of Norwalk CT.
–Mystic is a resident and works with the Arts Council
–Schools are getting involved with sister schools in Jamaica
•Trilogy Sports Group
- Fundraising (Link to donation site is on top left of page)
- Mystic Bowie Tours to Raise Awareness
- Acquire Property
-We have purchased the property in St. Elizabeth Parish, Jamaica
